At MOZA Racing, we are committed to providing high-performance sim racing gear and offer a 15-day return window for products in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, our dedicated support team is here to assist with your refund or exchange request.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide specific shipping instructions for your region.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
